Dan hopes he can make a difference — helping people learn about community so they can enjoy their lives more by learning how to live with others.

That connection with buildings and the love of sharing his joy with others lead him away from commercial fishing and into real estate. At first, it was just helping a few friends find craftsmen homes to share. But he had such a great time doing it, he decided to take EK HILL LLC as a full-time management venture. Since then, he hasn't looked back, and he's looking forward to helping you express your cooperative spirit with an amazing location to call home.
